Exchange / return / claim of goods

(A) If you wish to claim the delivered goods, please follow this procedure.

1. Please send us photos of the claimed goods to and our customer support team will assess your complaint and inform you about the next steps.

2. After receiving the e-mail from our Complaints Center, please download the Complaint Form "HERE" as a PDF document, print it, fill it out, attach it to the package of the claimed goods and send it to our address, which is stated in the complaint form.

3. We will inform you via e-mail about the handling of the complaint and the subsequent procedure.

If you are sending the package back via the Mail Order, it is not necessary to list the address, just stick a complaint label on the package.

The complaint label can be used only once for one order.

Please make sure this is not the error specified below before submitting:

A change in the characteristics of the goods which:

- arose during the warranty period as a result of its wear or tear or incorrect use, or insufficient or inappropriate treatment,

- is the result of natural changes in the materials of which the goods are made,

- was caused as a result of any damage by the buyer or a third party, or other improper intervention.

(B) If, you wish to exchange or return the goods, "HERE" download the form and follow the instructions on the form.
